Which BodyMetrix Product Do I Have?
How to tell whether you're using BodyMetrix Software Pro, YSC, or BodyView
When you open a support case, we ask which product you use. Here's how to tell.
Check the top right of the app
Open BodyMetrix and look at the top right corner of the window. The product name appears there:

The app is called BodyView
If your software is named BodyView, BodyView ProFit, or BodyView Professional, you're using BodyView Software (EOL). BodyView is no longer supported. See BodyView End of Life: Why You Need to Migrate Now.
What's the difference?

Both use the same BodyMetrix Device. Your activation code decides which edition your software unlocks.
Haven't installed the software yet?
Your edition is set by your activation code. If you purchased directly, check your BodyMetrix license email. If your organization purchased BodyMetrix, ask your Account Administrator.
