BodyMetrix is a Device plus a Subscription. Your Active Subscription is what makes the BodyMetrix Software work, and it includes everything below.
Included with every Subscription
- BodyMetrix Software, with automatic updates
- The BodyMetrix Support Center, with support Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Time
- The Enhanced Lifetime Warranty on your BodyMetrix Device, for as long as your Subscription stays active (up to 5 years from first activation). See BodyMetrix Device Warranty and Replacements.
- English, Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, and German
- Automatic encrypted backups to a folder you choose, including your own cloud storage such as OneDrive, Google Drive, or Dropbox. See Set Up Automatic Backups.
