How to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data
Where the law gives you privacy rights, you can ask BodyMetrix to:
- Give you access to your personal data
- Correct it
- Delete it
- Provide it in a portable format
- Stop certain processing of it
How to submit a request
Use either option:

- Email: privacy@bodymetrix.com
Please don't send privacy requests through the support form. The privacy request form sends them directly to the right team.
Are you a client of a BodyMetrix provider?
If a gym, clinic, coach, or school measured you with BodyMetrix, that provider controls your measurement data. Contact them first about access to, correction of, or deletion of your measurements.
What happens next
We'll respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. Requests don't affect data that has already been de-identified or aggregated. See our EULA & Warranty, Sections 4.3 and 5, and our Privacy Policy
