30-day money-back guarantee
Within 30 days of activating your Device, you can return it for a full refund. This applies to Provider and Youth Sports Compliance Subscriptions.

To qualify:

  • Return the Device in its original condition.
  • Close your account.
  • Pay the return shipping.

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive the Device and confirm your account is closed.

To start a return, open a support case at bodymetrix.com/pages/contact-support-form and choose Warranty & Returns. Include your BodyMetrix Device serial number and your order details.

Accessories are final sale
Ultrasound gel, scales, cases, and other accessories can't be returned or refunded.

After 30 days
After the first 30 days, refunds and service credits aren't available. Any exception requires written approval from IntelaMetrix leadership.

Cancelling your Subscription
You can cancel two ways:

  • Self-serve: go to Manage your Subscription in your BodyMetrix account at bodymetrix.com.
  • With our help: open a support case at bodymetrix.com/pages/contact-support-form and choose Subscription & Upgrade.

Before you cancel:

  • Subscriptions renew automatically. We'll email you at least 30 days before your renewal date. Cancel before that date to avoid the next renewal.
  • Prepaid fees aren't refunded. Annual Subscriptions cancelled mid-term aren't prorated.
  • Cancelling permanently ends your Enhanced Lifetime Warranty coverage.

Your data after cancellation
After your account is closed, you have 30 days to export your data. Export a backup before you cancel. See Move BodyMetrix to a New Computer for how to export.

Billing disputes
If you have a concern about a charge, contact us first so we can resolve it. Disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer, outside the remedies in our EULA, can result in suspension or termination of your account.
