Missed Payments and Subscription Renewals

How renewals work

Your Subscription starts when you activate your Device. It runs for one year (annual) or one month (monthly), then renews automatically at the current published rate.
We'll email you at least 30 days before each renewal. To avoid renewing, cancel before your renewal date. See Returns and Refunds.
If our prices change, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice. New pricing takes effect at your next renewal.
Legacy Connect subscribers: your renewal notice before Year 3 will show the step-up to standard Provider pricing.

If a payment doesn't go through
Your BodyMetrix Device needs an Active Subscription to work. Here's what happens after a missed payment:

During a suspension
Your account, data, and history are kept safe. Once you reinstate, your Device works again from that date forward. To reinstate, pay all overdue fees plus any applicable reinstatement fee.

Protect your warranty
The Enhanced Lifetime Warranty ends permanently if your payment lapses for more than 100 days. It doesn't come back, even if you reinstate later. See BodyMetrix Device Warranty and Replacements.
