Activate BodyMetrix Software with the code from your license email

Where to find your code

  • You purchased BodyMetrix directly: your code is in your BodyMetrix license email. Search your inbox, including your spam or junk folder, for "BodyMetrix."
  • Your organization purchased BodyMetrix: your program administrator received the code and shares it with your team. Contact your administrator for it.

How to enter your code

  1. Open BodyMetrix Software. The Setup Wizard starts automatically on first launch.
  2. On the Activate your license step, type your code in the format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.
  3. Click Activate license.

You need an internet connection to activate.

Code not working?

  • Check that you typed all 16 characters, including the dashes.
  • Confirm you're connected to the internet.
  • On a work or school computer, your network may block activation. Ask your IT team to allow outbound HTTPS (port 443), and share the BodyMetrix IT Installation Guide with them.
