Enterprise Agreements: Activation Codes and Seats

How activation codes, seats, and support work when your organization holds an Enterprise Agreement

An Enterprise Agreement (EA) lets one organization, such as a state athletic association, school district, enterprise providers, or multi-location provider, hold a single agreement on behalf of everyone it authorizes to use BodyMetrix.

For users: getting started under your organization's EA

  1. Get the activation code from your organization's Account Administrator. BodyMetrix doesn't send codes to individual users under an EA.
  2. Install BodyMetrix Software. See Download BodyMetrix Software.
  3. Enter the code in the Setup Wizard and complete registration. Each user accepts the BodyMetrix EULA during activation.

Don't share the code with anyone your organization hasn't authorized.

For Account Administrators
As the Account Administrator, you:

  • Receive your organization's activation code when the agreement is signed
  • Distribute it only to the people and organizations your organization authorizes
  • Make sure each user completes activation before using BodyMetrix
  • Handle billing correspondence for your organization

How seats work

  • A seat is one registered BodyMetrix Device with a verified serial number.
  • Every Device must be registered with its serial number before it can be activated under your EA.
  • Moving to a new computer doesn't use a new seat. The seat follows the Device, not the computer. See Move BodyMetrix to a New Computer.
  • Seat allocation: your EA includes your baseline seat count plus a 15% growth allowance. Activations within that allocation carry no additional charge.
  • Going over your allocation: activations beyond your seat allocation are billed at your contracted per-seat rate on the next annual invoice.
  • Adding seats mid-term: added seats are billed at your contracted rate, end on the same date as your agreement, and appear on your next annual invoice.

Your dedicated representative
Every EA includes a dedicated BodyMetrix representative for account management, onboarding support, and escalations. Contact your representative first for anything about your agreement, seats, or onboarding.

Renewal
Your EA runs for the term in your agreement. Renewal is agreed in writing before the term ends. If an agreement isn't renewed, access ends when the term expires.

Need help? Users should contact their Account Administrator first. Administrators can contact their dedicated representative, or open a case at bodymetrix.com/pages/contact-support-form and choose Licensing Support.
