Connection Problem Error Codes
What a CONN (CONN-100 to CONN-106) error code means and how to get it fixed
When BodyMetrix can't reach one of its online services, it shows a notification in the bell menu at the top of the app: "Connection problem, error code CONN-1xx." Your data is safe on your computer. Usually, a firewall or content filter on your network is blocking the service.
What each code affects
| Code | What you may notice |
|---|---|
| CONN-100 | Your computer appears to be offline. Several features stop working at once. |
| CONN-101 | Account confirmation and measurement syncing to the cloud stall |
| CONN-102 | Weigh-in roster submissions don't reach the cloud |
| CONN-103 | License activation fails with an offline message |
| CONN-104 | Track Wrestling roster connect or import fails |
| CONN-105 | Check for updates shows an error or never finds updates |
| CONN-106 | An update is found, but the download fails |
What to do
- CONN-100: check your internet connection by opening any website. If no websites load, fix your local connection first. If websites load fine, continue to step 2.
- Any other code: open a support case at bodymetrix.com/pages/contact-support-form and choose Software & App Support. Include:
- The exact error code
- Your IT department's contact name and email address
- We'll send your IT team the exact network change needed.
After your IT team makes the change, the notification clears on its own the next time BodyMetrix connects. No reinstall is needed.
A code that comes back every day means the block is still in place. Each code appears at most once a day.
