BodyMetrix Software YSC: Add Coaches and Staff as Users
Give each assessor their own user so every result is attributed correctly
Every person who records weigh-ins should have their own user. Each user links to exactly one Track Wrestling account, so every submission is attributed to the person who performed it.
The easiest way: sign in to Track Wrestling
When a new assessor signs in to Track Wrestling from BodyMetrix for the first time, BodyMetrix creates their user automatically.
- Open Rosters and click Connect Track Wrestling.
- The assessor signs in with their own Track Wrestling account in the browser window that opens.
- When BodyMetrix asks who the account belongs to, choose No, I'm someone else, create my user.
If the account belongs to the admin who set up BodyMetrix, choose Yes, that's me instead.
Every user sets their own PIN
Each user creates their own 6-digit PIN when their user is created. The PIN stamps that person's name on every measurement they record, so it's unique to each user. Never share your PIN, and never record weigh-ins under someone else's PIN.
Manage users in Setup
To add, review, or change users at any time:
- Click Setup.
- Enter the admin's 6-digit PIN.
- Open User Management.
From User Management, you can add users, review existing users, and unlink a Track Wrestling account from a user.
Set up by IT?
If your IT team installed BodyMetrix and chose "I am an IT administrator or a non-assessor" during setup, the admin account is settings-only and never links to Track Wrestling. Each assessor creates their own user by signing in to Track Wrestling, as described above.
Borrowing a colleague's computer?
Always choose No, I'm someone else when signing in, and use your own PIN.
